I use to be scared of rides and this ride until last oct. My friend came up with a way to get me on this ride. It was oct and halloween. She dared me to wear one of her outfits and go on this ride. ( outfit was her leather leggings , a silk top , her leather jacket and a pair of her leather boots ) so wearing her outfit i walked up to ride and got on and locked in. No turning back now. I was scared. Friend said focus on her clothes on me. So i did. I did the ride and it was fun.

Saw Paul Raymond several times with (the Dave Walker incarnation) Savoy Brown in the early 70s and he was always a superb player with great stage presence. RIP Paul

That's called a "French cleat." It used to be a piece of wood sawed lengthwise at an angle, this is a modern interpretation. Yeah getting it level is the key since there is no adjustment unless you wedge along the bottom. It's a good job. Anyways, thank you for being in my ear every morning. Love your show. All you need to know how many guitarists said that Paul Chapman was their biggest influence 0 how many said Michael Schenker to many to count !! U.F.O. without Schenker is peanut butter without Jelly !!! This guy was an awesome player he complimented Schenker and vice versa. !! Rest In Peace Paul you were terrific and most of all Thank You for the awesome Music !!!

Sadly never got to Paul and UFO/MSG perform as they never toured Australia…seems he was really nice guy and very humble…sadly missed👍🇦🇺🎸

I played in a band with Paul in a late 80s in Los Angeles and loved hanging out with him. He's about the nicest guy I'd ever met and hearing of his passing has saddened me tremendously.

Just saw them play at Hangtown. The band sounded great but the vocals were awful! When David Bowie sings, there’s only one David Bowie singing. This band had four people singing mono tone, somebody was sharp and someone was flat. The end result was a terrible sound. There should’ve been back up harmony to ONE person singing lead. It sounded like fingernails on a chalkboard!
